Even as a child, I remember how my grandmother and mother prepared such a sauce. Adore!!! Since I myself didn’t know how horloder is prepared, I decided to use the recipe from the site. One can only dream of how easy it is to prepare a delicious sauce. And here everything is great: easy, fast, tasty and very healthy. I usually eat this sauce with a well-fried pork steak. I interpreted the recipe somewhat, changing the proportions and adding a little sugar. I prepared the sauce from 1 kg. tomato, adding 12 cloves of garlic, 7 gr. salt and 0.5 tsp. Sahara. At the end I got 2 of these jars, 800 grams to be precise. gorloder. To easily peel the tomatoes, I first poured boiling water over the cross-cut tomatoes for 2 minutes, and then cold water. The peel came off with a slight movement of your fingers. Thank you very much to the author for such a simple and delicious recipe from my childhood!
