Since childhood, the kitchen for me has been a place of magic, where my grandmother prepared fragrant pies, filling the house with warmth and love. With each new dish, I discovered a world: the secrets of Italian pasta, the spices of Indian curries and the freshness of East Asian salads inspired me. The importance of family gathering around a shared table made me realize that food brings people together. My goal is to show that cooking doesn't have to be difficult or inaccessible. Anyone can create something delicious and amazing just by following their feelings and enjoying the process.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Food Innovation at Dublin Institute of Technology.
