Let's make the dough. Beat 3 eggs with 0.5 cups sugar

For the curd filling, in a blender, grind the cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar, 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, starch. You can add a little more sugar, but this is according to your taste.

Line a baking dish or baking sheet with cooking paper and grease it with vegetable oil. Spread the curd mixture evenly onto the paper and smooth with a spatula.

Spread the chocolate dough evenly onto the curd mass and smooth with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 20 minutes.

Remove, cover with a towel and turn over onto it. Of course, it is better to do this with 4 hands.

Spread the curd filling with your favorite jam and cut it in half

Place one half on top of the other with the curd filling inside, let cool and soak.
