I was very surprised by this recipe. I believe that squid can be cooked in batter. but why cook them for 15 minutes?? It is always written in all recipes that squids are cooked for just a few minutes, otherwise when they are “overcooked” they will become tough, as if they were rubber. and here - cook for 15 minutes, then fry, then put in the oven1 is this really about squid??
