STEP 1

STEP 2

Thaw the seafood by transferring it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator in advance. Place thawed shrimp in a colander to drain excess liquid.
STEP 3

Pour vegetable oil with a high smoking point (olive or sunflower) into the frying pan. Reheat well. Add the shrimp and lightly fry them for 2-3 minutes, stirring over medium heat.
