I was interested in the recipe for fried shrimp with beer. I've never fried them in their shells before. I took 500 grams of small shrimp. Fry the thawed shrimp for about 2 minutes. I fried them in ketchup, soy sauce and garlic for another 3 minutes. It turned out very tasty. The ketchup added a nice slight sweetness to the shrimp, while the soy sauce, on the contrary, made them salty. It was a great contrast of flavors. Literally in a matter of minutes we got a very appetizing appetizer. Thank you very much for the recipe!

I’m just wondering what to do with the shrimp waiting their turn in the refrigerator. The recipe will come in handy, although not everyone in my family likes soy sauce. There is also an option without soy sauce, with garlic... I’ll choose it and cook it. Thank you!

Our family loves fried shrimp, even the kids. But I add more soy sauce (per 500 grams - 4-5 tbsp), of course, it all depends on the quality of the sauce and taste. I use dry, granulated garlic (per 500 g - 2 tsp), because... fresh burns
