Mix the butter into the dough, first with a spoon, then with your hands, until the dough reaches the desired consistency: elastic and smooth and no longer sticks to your hands. If necessary, add more flour, but little by little so as not to overfill the dough with flour.

Great recipe, simple, quick and delicious! Next time I’ll try to add less flour, I ended up with thick sides, my husband doesn’t like them. Or you can divide the dough into 2 parts, make two thin pizzas, or freeze one half for next time. You can roll it out thinner and use the small remainder to make bread sticks and fill them with sauce. In general, there is room for imagination for those who do not like thick sides. In the photo, the finished pizza is roughly divided into two halves. It’s been our custom for a long time, my husband makes himself a spicy one, with jalapenos, etc., my half is traditional.
