I wanted to bake something using yeast dough. On the website I found a recipe for yeast cottage cheese dough with cottage cheese. I decided to bake with it; I had never made this kind of dough before. I blended the cottage cheese with an immersion blender; it was grainy. I kneaded the dough. I use boiled potatoes instead of cottage cheese. I like. And potato broth instead of water. The dough rises very well. Of course, the pies have the taste of potatoes, especially fresh ones.
