The herbaceous green plant arugula (arugula, eruca, caterpillar, indau), as a bright representative of the cabbage family, is especially loved by adherents of healthy nutrition. For its taste, lightness, ease of digestibility, benefits, rich composition of everything the body needs. Therefore, arugula salad recipes are always in the spotlight. And therefore, choosing the right one among them is quite easy.

Very often they like to combine arugula in salads with cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, and soft white cheese. In fact, in our country this composition is considered classic and most common. Of course, it can be supplemented and adjusted with other products.
