I almost always prepare vegetable salads, from the vegetables that I have at home. But sometimes I want something unusual and interesting. I was very interested in the salad with arugula, cucumber and cheese, especially the unusual combination of ingredients. I prepared the salad for four servings. I had everything necessary for cooking: olives (already cut into slices), cheese (Cheddar), cucumbers, arugula, lemon juice. The olives were already cut into slices. Ogurtsov took three pieces because of their small size. My husband grows arugula on the windowsill, but the quantity was only enough for two servings, so I added salad greens to it. I really liked the salad. The arugula makes it quite spicy. This salad will be an excellent decoration for the holiday table. I would like to note that the number of olives in the salad is quite large. Therefore, due to a dislike for olives, you may not like the salad. Like my husband. He said that everything was fine, but he didn’t like the taste of olives. Therefore, next time I will put much less olives. It seems to me that it won’t be the same without them.
