Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Wash the chicken liver, dry it with a paper towel, remove the films, add salt. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides. Transfer to a paper towel to remove excess vegetable oil.
STEP 2

Chop the pistachios with a hammer. Wash cherry tomatoes, cut into halves or quarters (optional).
STEP 3

Cut the fried chicken liver into slices or strips (optional).
STEP 4

Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, tear them with your hands, combine with a mixture of other salads, and mix well.
STEP 5

Prepare the dressing. Mix mustard, honey and lemon juice. Add olive oil, whisk.
STEP 6
