Salad with strawberries and arugula
Dessert salad with a very interesting and unusual taste. Cycle "Red and Black" - 6.
The taste of this salad simply shocked me - everything goes together very harmoniously. I especially liked the sound of the strawberry sauce with the rest of the dressing ingredients - there were fears that it would not match the balsamic sauce and olive oil and would spoil the taste. My fears were not justified and it turned out to be just a wonderful spring-summer salad, which I will now prepare all the time.
Dessert salad, sweet, goes well with white or pink semi-sweet wine.

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 20 mins
STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients. Remove the mozzarella balls from the brine and dry. Wash and dry the arugula. Cut large leaves in half.
STEP 2
Refueling. Mix balsamic sauce with olive oil and stir.
STEP 3
Wash the strawberries, dry them and remove the stems. Cut large berries into 4 parts, medium ones - in half.
STEP 4
Place arugula leaves on a plate. Place mozzarella balls and strawberries on top.
STEP 5
Sprinkle the salad with white sesame seeds. If you have pine nuts, you can replace the sesame seeds with them.
STEP 6
Pour olive-balsamic sauce on top of the salad, then liquid honey (if the honey is candied, melt it first) and strawberry syrup.
