Every housewife needs boiled chicken breast recipes! With them it is easy to prepare wonderful salads, light dietary broths and soups, excellent pasta, excellent sausages and sausages. The ingredient goes well with all side dishes, vegetables, cheese, pineapples, dairy products, garlic and boiled eggs, and is included in many Chinese dishes.
If the chicken breast has been frozen, it should be properly defrosted before cooking. It is best to thaw the breast overnight in the refrigerator. As a last resort, leave it at room temperature. It is not recommended to defrost this product in a microwave oven, because... it will lose a significant amount of moisture and become very dry. You should also not leave the breast in the water.
