STEP 1
How to make a delicious and quick salad for a birthday? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Instead of smoked chicken, you can use boiled, baked or fried. You can use store-bought mayonnaise or make your own.
STEP 2
Remove skin and bones from the smoked breast and cut into small cubes or strips. You can replace meat from smoked breast with meat from drumsticks or legs.
STEP 3
Peel the crab sticks from the film and cut into small cubes.
STEP 4
Wash the cucumber and dry it. Cut into small strips or small cubes. The skin, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off.

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Divide into whites and yolks. Grate the whites on a coarse grater. Grate the yolks on a fine grater. You can grate the yolks immediately or directly onto the salad, then they will be fluffier.
STEP 6
You can simply mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, but I prefer to make the salad in a cooking ring so that all the layers are visible. A ring with a diameter of 16-18 cm is suitable. Place the smoked chicken in the first layer and pour mayonnaise over it. I put the mayonnaise into a piping bag and cut off the tip. It's more convenient than using a spoon.
STEP 7
Next, spread a layer of grated proteins and also pour mayonnaise over it.
STEP 8
Place cucumbers on the whites and pour mayonnaise over them.
STEP 9
Spread the crab sticks in the next layer. Pour the remaining mayonnaise over the salad.
STEP 10
The last layer is grated yolks. The brighter and yellower the yolks you come across, the more beautiful the salad will be. Before serving, keep the salad for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator, covering it with film so that the yolks do not dry out.
STEP 11
Remove the cooking ring and decorate the salad as desired. I decorated with olives, crab sticks and herbs. Bon appetit!
