STEP 1
How to make a salad with chicken breast, tomatoes and cheese? Prepare the necessary products. Take dense, creamy tomatoes, preferably yellow and red in equal quantities, so the salad will turn out more beautiful. Choose red pepper. Take equal amounts of greens - dill, onion, cilantro and purple basil. You will need aromatic, unrefined oil. Wash and dry all vegetables and herbs.
STEP 2
Wash the chicken fillet and boil in salted water for 20-25 minutes.
STEP 3
Place the cooked chicken on a plate and let it cool.
STEP 4
Cut the cooled chicken breast into medium cubes.
STEP 5
Place the chicken cubes in an even layer on a flat plate.
STEP 6
Finely chop the green onions.
STEP 7
Sprinkle the chicken breast with chopped onions and lightly salt.
STEP 8
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Place some of the tomatoes on a layer of green onions.

Finely chop the dill.

Squeeze the garlic into the sunflower oil for salad dressing and stir.

Cut the hard cheese into small cubes.

Arrange the cheese cubes in the next layer of lettuce. Leave a little cheese for decoration.

Cut the sweet pepper into small cubes.

Place a layer of peppers on top of a layer of cheese.

Finely chop the remaining herbs and basil.

Then sprinkle a layer of pepper with chopped herbs and basil, place the remaining tomatoes on top, lightly salt the salad again and pour over the remaining garlic dressing.
