Since childhood, in my grandmother’s kitchen, in an atmosphere of warmth and care, I learned to cook using simple but heartfelt recipes. Every family dinner is a holiday where the smells of spices and fresh vegetables brought us closer together. Traveling around the world has exposed me to an incredible variety of tastes and traditions, from Italian pasta to Indian curries. Now my goal is to show that cooking does not have to be difficult, but on the contrary, it is a fun process that is accessible to everyone. I share simple recipes so that everyone can create their own culinary masterpiece and feel the joy of family comfort.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Centro de Formación en Hostelería y Turismo.
