    We clean the carrots and grate them on a special grater for Korean salads. If you don’t have one, you can simply cut the carrots into thin strips.

    Add salt, mix everything well and leave to infuse and soak for a few minutes, also during this time the carrots will release juice. Then add finely chopped garlic, ground red pepper and sugar (you can also add ground coriander to taste if desired).

    Peel the onion and saute over medium heat in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil while stirring. It should turn a rich golden color, then we throw it away, leaving only the oil in which it was fried.
