This is the most delicious and easy to prepare omelet in the world!! As soon as I found out this recipe, this is the only way I cook now! The consistency of this omelet is denser, not watery, compared to an omelet made with milk, and I really like it. I tried rolling this omelette into a roll, first sprinkling it with grated cheese - it turned out very tasty. Of course, instead of cheese, you can wrap any filling) Mixing the egg mass with butter gives the omelette a creamy taste and smooth structure; it comes out of the pan well and looks aesthetically pleasing on the plate.
