STEP 1
How to make ministerial cutlets from chicken fillet pieces? To prepare the cutlets, we will need the products indicated in the ingredients and shown in the photo.

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. We prepare chopped cutlets so that we cut the meat in this way, and do not just grind it into minced meat in a meat grinder or blender. This way we will spend a little more time on preparation, but at the end we will get an amazing result. The main thing is to take a sharp knife to make cutting meat as easy and quick as possible. You can use chicken breast and cut the fillet off the bone.
STEP 3
Beat an egg into a deep container - it is better to take not a store-bought egg, but a homemade one, with which any dish turns out more tasty and rich.
STEP 4
Add sour cream to the egg, preferably 20% fat, as it is thick. Mix everything well with a spoon, fork or whisk.
STEP 5
Add potato or corn starch, which can be replaced with wheat flour if desired - I tried that, it turned out good too. Also add salt and ground black pepper to taste. You can replace black pepper with a mixture of peppers - you can't go wrong.
STEP 6
Peel the garlic and pass through a press, also add to our mass. You can take garlic powder.
STEP 7
Add chicken meat in pieces to the total mass. Mix everything thoroughly. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it. Next, add a tablespoon of minced meat and fry the cutlets on one side for 5 minutes over moderate heat. Turn them over, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
