I prepared ministerial cutlets from chicken fillet pieces. Very appetizing, filling and tasty! The fillet was cut into small cubes. In a separate bowl, mix the egg, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and chopped garlic. And instead of starch I used flour. I combined the fillet pieces and the egg mixture and mixed thoroughly. I fried the cutlets on both sides in a frying pan. I really liked these cutlets: tender, juicy, and most importantly, very tasty! Thanks to the author for the wonderful recipe!
