A very good banana cake recipe with vanilla flavor. I didn’t have a special cake pan, so I used a regular square one, first lined it with baking paper and coated it with vegetable oil. But I took 2 times less ingredients for the first time. The dough seemed a little thick at first, but in the end it turned out to be a very airy, excellent cake. Fragrant, very tasty. The number of bananas is optimal, because... and everything bakes well, quickly and vividly the taste of bananas is noticeable! I think it's too sweet, next time I'll reduce the amount of sugar. Sprinkled powdered sugar on top for beauty.
