We choose tomatoes of approximately the same size and shape, fresh, juicy and elastic. I used dill as a herb, but you can also use parsley.

    So, we start preparing this dish by taking hard or semi-hard cheese and grating it on a fine grater. Sometimes I use cheese with paprika - it is characterized by small red specks and is ideal for such a dish.

    Now we take the garlic, peel it and finely chop it or crush it through a garlic press, or you can simply grate it on a fine grater.

    After this, transfer the prepared garlic and cheese into a small deep bowl. Next, add the required amount of mayonnaise to the resulting mass and mix everything well again. Take full-fat mayonnaise - 50 or 67%.

    Now we take the tomatoes, wash them well, dry them with a paper towel and cut them into circles with a sharp knife, about 5-8 millimeters thick. Place the circles on a large flat plate in one layer.

    Gently and evenly apply our garlic-cheese mixture on top of the circles. You can do this with a fork or a spoon dipped in water.
