STEP 1
How to make zucchini with chicken breast in the oven with cheese and tomatoes? Choose any hard cheese, I took regular Russian cheese. If you wish, you can take your favorite spices and seasonings.
STEP 2
Rinse the chicken breast well, dry and cut into thin slices. Beat the meat with a hammer, then add salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Place the chicken in the bottom of a baking dish lightly greased with vegetable oil.
STEP 4
Peel the onions, rinse and chop into medium pieces with a knife.
STEP 5
Spread the chopped onion over the chicken breast.
STEP 6
Wash and peel the potatoes thoroughly, cut into thin rings, place in a bowl, add vegetable oil, salt and pepper, then stir. If you have chosen dense varieties of potatoes, you can first blanch them, and then mix them with oil and spices.
STEP 7
Place the prepared potatoes on top of the onions.
STEP 8
Wash the tomatoes and zucchini, then cut into half rings. What kind of zucchini works best? Choose young fruits with delicate skin. Wash them and peel them. It is not necessary to cut off very thin skin. If using more mature squash, trim off the rough skin and scoop out the seeded center.
STEP 9
Place the zucchini and tomatoes in the mold one by one and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
STEP 10
Grate the cheese, finely chop the washed greens and mix with the cheese. 5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the resulting mixture over the zucchini and tomatoes.
STEP 11
Serve the finished dish hot, arranging it on plates. Bon appetit!
