Stir everything well. If you prefer a sweet version of pancakes, then add 1-2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, and if you like a spicy taste, then add a pinch of black pepper.

Next, grease the pan with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. The pancakes need to be cooked under a closed lid over low heat.
