Cut the meat into pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat.

While the meat was cooking, I peeled and cut the potatoes. Next, heat the oil in a frying pan and add the potatoes there.

Peel and cut the carrots.

Chop the onion.

Add onion to meat and cook until done. Place in pots, add salt and pepper.

Grate the zucchini onto a fine grater.

Place the zucchini on top of the meat. During cooking, they will soften and serve as a gravy for the meat.

Brown the potatoes and carrots just a little. Since my vegetables are young, it is very important not to overcook them, but only to get a crust. To do this, heat the frying pan very high and do not stir until one side is browned. Place potatoes and carrots on top of zucchini.

Wash and chop the greens (I used parsley)

Add sour cream.

Add a little water to thin the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes.

Secure the foil or cover with lids and place in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese onto a fine grater.

When time has passed, sprinkle the potatoes with cheese and place in the oven for another 10 minutes, but without the lids.
