I made zucchini for two servings. It turned out great! Before I started cooking, I calculated the amount of food using the calculator on the website. There was just enough for two pots. I immediately chopped the meat, put it in a frying pan and fried it until golden brown in vegetable oil. Then I added onion, cut into half rings, to the meat, and as soon as it became transparent, I put the frying in pots. I put frozen zucchini on top, which had been stored in the freezer since the summer. In the vacated frying pan, I lightly fried the potatoes and carrots and added the vegetables to the meat and zucchini. After that I prepared the sour cream filling. I took homemade sour cream (it’s not thick), added a little water, chopped parsley and salt (I didn’t add pepper), and poured the mixture into pots. I baked zucchini in pots with pork meat and potatoes in the oven for 25 minutes at 220°. I set the temperature to high due to the way my oven works. Then I added grated cheese to the pots and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes. The meat and vegetables became soft, aromatic, and very appetizing. The dish turned out juicy and tasty. I especially liked the pleasant sourness that the sour cream filling added. We ate the contents of the pots instantly. Thank you very much for the recipe!
