    Porridge: Place the rice in a saucepan with plenty of boiling water, cook for 7–8 minutes. Place in a colander, drain the water. Remove the cardamom seeds from the boxes, put in a mortar, add cloves and cinnamon, grind into powder. Pour the milk into a small saucepan with thick bottom, bring to a boil over medium heat. Add rice, salt to taste and, stirring, cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.

    To immediately soak the prunes in warm water for 10–20 minutes. (depending on its softness), then dry and chop. Separate the white from the yolk, beat the white into a fluffy foam. Add the yolk and beaten egg white to the warm porridge and mix well.

    From the resulting mass, make flat cakes about 1 cm thick, place prunes in the middle, connect the edges and give the zrazas an oval shape. Fry in a frying pan until ready, roll in breadcrumbs, in well-heated melted butter until golden brown on all sides, 5–7 minutes . Finita! Bon appetit!
