The braids turn out tender and fragrant. The dough is universal, it is perfect for both sweet and savory fillings (only then add less sugar).

    Peel the apples and cut into arbitrary pieces.

    Melt butter in a frying pan, add apples, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Stir and simmer the apples until soft. Just don’t overcook so that the apples don’t lose their shape.

    Divide the dough into arbitrary pieces (depending on the size of the pies you want to get). Roll out a piece of dough into a rectangle. Place the filling in the center and cut the sides of the dough into strips (see photo).

Good evening. Homemade baking is always very tasty. This recipe will replace charlotte. all ingredients must be fresh. Yeast can be tested before cooking by dissolving it in a glass of milk with sugar. If they rise, it means they are fresh. The flour is of course of the highest quality and sifted before kneading the dough. Apples can be any sour or sweet. Instead of vanilla tincture, you can take vanilla pods - the aroma will be better and tastier. Having done everything correctly, you get very tasty and aromatic braids with apples. Bon appetit.
