    How to make a simple white radish and carrot salad? Very fast! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can replace the white radish with radishes. If you wish, you can add cucumbers or fresh young zucchini to the salad.

    Peel the radish and grate it on a coarse grater or a Korean carrot grater. I grated it on a Korean grater - the salad turned out more interesting in taste and appearance.

    Peel the carrots and also grate them.

    Wash the bell pepper, dry it, remove the seeds and stem. Cut the pulp into strips. To make the salad bright and beautiful, you can take half of the peppers of different colors.

    Wash the cilantro and parsley, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.

    Now prepare the ingredients for the dressing. You can replace brown sugar with regular sugar. If you use teriyaki sauce instead of soy sauce, you don’t have to add sugar. Teriyaki already contains sugar.

    In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar. Add the pressed garlic, turmeric and coriander. Mix everything thoroughly. If you don’t have balsamic vinegar, you can replace it with regular table, apple or wine vinegar. Since the dressing already contains soy sauce, I did not add salt to it. But if you feel that the sauce alone is not enough, you can add a little salt to the sauce or vegetables.

    Place prepared vegetables and herbs in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir. Leave the salad to marinate for 20-25 minutes at room temperature.

    Heat vegetable oil and pour into vegetables. Toss the salad with oil. Sprinkle it with sesame seeds and serve, garnished with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!

I really love radish, despite its pungent taste. Basically, this is how I prepare a salad from grated white radish and carrots with butter. But I decided to add cabbage too. I now know that it goes great with cabbage. I also added a cucumber, cut into semicircles. And dressed with mayonnaise. The taste of the salad is very refreshing. The spiciness of the radish is not felt. The taste of the salad is very bright. All ingredients complement each other well. And the salad is very easy to prepare. Thanks for the recipe!
