Rinse raisins and dried apricots in hot water. Carefully remove the stems from the raisins. If necessary, just like prunes, soak in hot water for 30-40 minutes, cut the dried apricots into cubes.
STEP 5
Boil the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater. mix with raisins and dried apricots, place in a bowl and coat thoroughly with mayonnaise.
STEP 6
It is better to choose cheese with a lower fat content, 30%, but this is not available in every store, so the usual Russian 50% fat content was chosen. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. Peel the garlic, chop finely or pass through a press, combine with cheese and mayonnaise. lay out the last layer.
STEP 7
