Beat the eggs with salt in a mixer bowl at low speed or use a whisk.

Then add sugar.

Pour in the milk and stir until foam appears.

Melt the butter and cool it, then pour it into the bowl along with the vanilla sugar and stir.

Lastly, sift the flour and soda. It is advisable to sift the flour to get rid of debris and saturate the dough with oxygen, then it will be fluffier. Keep in mind that you may need more or less flour, look at the consistency of the dough.
