    STEP 1

How to fry vegetables on a grill pan? Very simple, first prepare all the necessary products. Choose any vegetables, for example, you can also take potatoes or carrots, and also add mushrooms to the dish. You can replace olive oil with any vegetable oil; for spices, you can take dried herbs or your favorite seasonings.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash all the vegetables well, remove the seeds from the bell pepper, and you can leave the stalk, it will be both beautiful and convenient when serving. You can leave or cut off the peel of zucchini and eggplant if you wish; its roughness will depend on the fruit itself. Peel the onions and garlic.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Cut the peeled vegetables as you like, leaving small tomatoes and garlic whole.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Prepare a marinade for greasing vegetables by mixing salt, pepper and vegetable oil in one bowl.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Apply marinade to all vegetables using a silicone brush and leave to soak for 5 minutes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Heat the grill pan well over medium heat, after greasing it with a small amount of oil. Place the prepared vegetables and keep them on one side until characteristic stripes appear (about 3-5 minutes). Then turn the vegetables over to the other side, keep in mind that tomatoes and onions cook the fastest; 2 minutes of frying is enough for them.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Fry all the vegetables on both sides in a grill pan and place on a serving dish; you can garnish with fresh parsley and dill. Bon appetit!

The word “grill” is associated with nature, but when you can’t go to nature, vegetables in a grill pan come to the rescue. I took a zucchini, cut it into slices, sprinkled it with salt and spices and left it for a few minutes to soak in. A grill pan , lightly, anointed it with vegetable oil, there was no olive oil, and put it on medium heat. Place the zucchini in a preheated frying pan and fry until golden stripes appear. Grilled fried zucchini, placed on a plate with a paper napkin to absorb excess moisture. Delicious! Beautiful! Original! Recommend!

Thank you! Good dish option! Bonus - add whatever you want! We added boiled potatoes in their jackets (they were lying around) and did without the eggplant. I finely chopped the fried garlic throughout the dish. Prepares quickly. Since we took it for lunch, we added pickled king prawns in the morning; they were just cooked in the microwave while heating these amazingly delicious vegetables! Super!
