I didn’t have any fresh ginger at home, so I replaced it with dry ginger and added ¼ tsp. Remaining ingredients and method of preparation according to the recipe. The aroma of garlic and teriyaki sauce wafted through the kitchen. The taste was unusual for cooking noodles and chicken, sweet and sour, with a peppery taste of ginger. Great idea for a light dinner!
