Place softened butter or margarine in a bowl. Pour one glass of flour into a bowl. Then chop margarine (butter) together with flour with a knife or mixer. After this, pour a little more flour into the bowl and mix it all thoroughly. Next, pour cold kefir (quench the soda in it) into the flour and mix. Then put sour cream there and pour in a few tablespoons of sunflower oil. Stir the mixture and add flour.

We clean the meat from films and cut into small pieces.

We transfer our dough to a board, knead the elastic, soft dough thoroughly. To make the dough soft, add flour in small portions.
STEP 5

Peel the potatoes and onions. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Chop the onion. We put meat in potatoes and onions and add pepper and salt. Mix all ingredients well.

We make small balls from the dough, and flat cakes from the balls.

We start our flatbreads with the prepared filling and pinch the edges in the form of a triangle.
