Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Sauté any onion in a multicooker bowl on the “Frying vegetables” mode
STEP 2

While the onions are sautéing, chop the oyster mushrooms
STEP 3

Add the oyster mushrooms to the multicooker bowl with the onions and continue to fry for about 10 minutes.
STEP 4

Add spices to release their aroma.
STEP 5

Add cereal
STEP 6

Pour the mushrooms over the tomatoes and 400 grams of water. It's a pity that there was no chicken broth...
STEP 7

In the "multi-cook" mode I bring it to a boil. Cooked for 3 minutes. Turned off, added chopped garlic. All!! If desired, add sour cream or yogurt to the finished dish.
