Thai meat appetizer with veal and pepper

STEP 1

Cut the meat into two parts, beat with a hammer and cut into small portions.
STEP 2

Place the meat in a bowl and add starch, paprika, soy sauce, black pepper and chili sauce to it and marinate.
STEP 3

Chop the onion.
STEP 4

Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices.
STEP 5

Using a sharp knife, cut the tomatoes.
STEP 6

Slice the pickled cucumber.
STEP 7

Cut the carrots into thin slices.
STEP 8

Chop some hot pepper.
STEP 9

Grate the ginger root.
STEP 10

Heat a frying pan over high heat, add vegetable oil and stir the marinated meat again.
STEP 11

Place the meat in a frying pan and fry, stirring with a spatula, then add garlic, ginger and onions to the meat.
STEP 12

Add carrots, bell peppers, chili peppers to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
STEP 13

Add tomatoes and pickled cucumber to the meat and vegetables.
STEP 14

Simmer the dish for another 3-4 minutes and turn off the stove.
STEP 15

We place our prepared Thai meat on a festive plate with lettuce leaves and garnish with sliced lemon slices.
