    Pour apple cider vinegar over the onions, stir and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Then drain the vinegar. Marinating allows you to get rid of excess bitterness and pungency of onions.

    How to boil red beans? Soak the beans in cold water the day before and leave overnight. Then boil the beans in plenty of water until soft, about 1.5 hours. Place the finished beans in a colander and dry.

I have long wanted to make a Tbilisi beef, red beans, bell pepper salad, it’s too colorful. And looking at the composition, it is clear that it is also very useful! For the salad, I boiled a piece of beef for two hours. Then I transferred it to a container, covered it with a lid and cooled. This way the meat does not dry out. I only had yellow bell pepper, but it is also bright and juicy) I took red onion, as recommended, I love it too. While I was chopping everything else, I marinated the onions in apple cider vinegar. I wanted to take canned beans. I think it tastes better and is softer. And preparing the salad takes less time. I also roasted the walnuts, they taste better that way. To make it easier to chop them, I first pressed the flat side of the knife against the board, and then cut them. As recommended by the author, I added pomegranate seeds to the salad. It turned out to be a very bright and tasty salad! It combines juicy, crunchy vegetables and satisfying proteins. Excellent, balanced composition. There is no mayonnaise in it, but there is a pleasant sour dressing and healthy oil (I use olive oil). I advise you to prepare this wonderful salad and please your loved ones!
