How to quickly prepare airy pampushki from yeast dough in garlic filling, which without any doubt will appeal to many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for making rich garlic dumplings.
STEP 2

To prepare the dough, take a deep bowl and pour into it two hundred and fifty grams of premium wheat flour sifted through a fine sieve, then pour into the bowl one teaspoon of sugar, one third of a teaspoon of salt and seven grams of dry instant yeast.
STEP 3

Add one teaspoon of dried herbs to the bowl to taste and mix all the dry ingredients together.
STEP 4

Pour one hundred and fifty milliliters of milk at room temperature into a common bowl and mix all the ingredients well and knead the dough.
STEP 5

Place twenty grams of butter in a bowl with dough.
STEP 6

Continue kneading the dough in the bowl with your hands for about five minutes until smooth.
STEP 7

Gather the dough into a lump, which you place in a bowl, then cover it with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for thirty minutes.
STEP 8

To prepare the dressing, press four cloves of garlic through a press and place in a small bowl, then add one-quarter teaspoon of salt.
STEP 9

Add ground black pepper to taste to the bowl, then pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and mix all the ingredients together, then let the prepared dressing sit for a little time.
STEP 10

After thirty minutes, knead the dough with your hands greased with a small amount of vegetable oil.
STEP 11

Divide the dough into eight small pieces, from which you, in turn, form donuts.
STEP 12

Place the formed donuts in a mold suitable for baking and greased with a small amount of vegetable oil, then cover it on top with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for twenty minutes.
STEP 13

Cut the doughnuts on top with scissors and brush them with a beaten egg with two tablespoons of milk.
STEP 14

Sprinkle the donuts with sesame seeds to taste, then place the mold in an oven preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees and bake the donuts for fifteen minutes until golden brown, then pour the prepared garlic filling into the mold and place it in the turned off oven for another two minutes.
STEP 15

Remove the pan of donuts from the oven and place them on a plate, then sprinkle finely chopped dill on top and serve.
