I have long wanted to make a summer dessert with ice cream and fruit! Finally, the time has come for seasonal fruits and berries, from which I prepared my salad. My fruits are in the form of an apple and a nectarine. And from berries: black currants, raspberries, gooseberries and cherries. I washed all the berries and laid them out on a towel to dry. Gooseberries cut in half. I also decided to cut the cherries and remove the pits. This can be done with a special device, but the appearance will not be very aesthetic. I seasoned the salad with natural yogurt without additives or sugar. And she served dessert in bowls with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream.
