Summer bean soup with minced pork meatballs

STEP 1
To prepare a delicious aromatic soup with meatballs and green beans, we prepare the necessary products with spices.
STEP 2
Pour two liters of water into a saucepan, then pour four peppercorns into it and bring to a boil on the stove.
STEP 3
Finely chop one medium onion.
STEP 4
Place three hundred and fifty grams of minced meat, chopped onions in a deep bowl and pour in one teaspoon of salt.
STEP 5
Add a mixture of black and red peppers to the bowl with minced meat to taste.
STEP 6
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
STEP 7
Beat the minced meat well and release the air from it.
STEP 8
We form small meatballs from the minced meat, which we then roll in flour.
STEP 9
Place the meatballs in a pan of boiling water and stir.
STEP 10
When the meatballs float to the surface, cook them on low heat for about seven minutes.
STEP 11
Using a curly knife, cut one carrot into small pieces.
STEP 12
Place the chopped carrots in the pan and, stirring, continue to cook the soup for about five minutes.
STEP 13
Place three hundred grams of green beans in a saucepan.
STEP 14
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and continue to cook the soup for about four minutes.
STEP 15
To prepare the dressing, break one chicken egg into a bowl, add salt and aromatic hop-suneli seasoning to taste.
STEP 16
Add one teaspoon of adjika to the bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 17
Place the prepared dressing into the pan with the soup, stir and continue cooking the soup, covering the pan with a lid.
STEP 18
Chop the green onions and parsley quite finely to your liking.
STEP 19
Place the bay leaf in the pan, add salt to taste, a mixture of black and red peppers, chopped herbs, then stir and the aromatic summer soup is ready.
