How to quickly and easily prepare delicious stuffed peppers in tomato and sour cream sauce, which are sure to please many for their excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing stuffed bell peppers in the oven.

Start preparing the frying and place a frying pan on the stove, then pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, then lay out one large head of finely chopped onion, one pre-grated carrot, then stir and fry until the onion is transparent at medium heat on the stove .
STEP 3

Take a large bowl and place six hundred grams of mixed minced meat into it, then pour salt, one-third teaspoon of cumin, one-third teaspoon of khmeli-suneli and one-third teaspoon of coriander into it to taste.

Place two hundred grams of rice, boiled until half cooked, in a bowl with minced meat, then add a mixture of black and red peppers to taste and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Pour two hundred milliliters of boiled water into the frying pan, then cover it with a lid and bring the dressing to a boil.
STEP 9

Mix the prepared minced meat thoroughly and stuff it tightly into the pre-peeled bell peppers.
STEP 10

Take a suitable deep saucepan and place it on the stove, then place the peppers in it and fry them at a high temperature on the stove.
STEP 11

Pour the prepared dressing over the peppers, then close the saucepan with a lid and place it in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees for one hour.
STEP 12

Once the time has passed, remove the pan of cooked stuffed peppers from the oven and serve them.
