    Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the egg yolks with salt, pepper, chopped spinach and cream. Add tightly beaten egg whites to the mixture.

    Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pour the mixture into a layer of approximately ½ - 1 cm. Bake at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes. A firm, golden crust should appear. Remove from oven and cool slightly.

    Mix cottage cheese with salt and pepper, add lemon juice and finely chopped fresh basil. Spread the mixture onto the cooled layer and place the fish slices in one layer and carefully roll into a tight roll, pressing lightly with your hands. Wrap the finished roll in cling film and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Before serving, unwrap and cut into portions.
