Sophia Jones

From the first years of my life, I stood next to my grandmother in the kitchen, mesmerized by her magic. Each recipe was a decoration for the family table and a symbol of unification. These moments were imprinted in my heart and became the basis of my love for cooking. When I travel, I am inspired by the flavors of different cultures - from the spicy curries of India to the delicate pastas of Italy. I believe that anyone can cook, and I strive to show how simple and accessible this art is. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels the joy of creating a welcoming atmosphere through food.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management at University of Derby.
