Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Wash the spinach and basil, sort and squeeze dry.
STEP 2

Peel the garlic, grate the cheese. Place all ingredients except olive oil in a blender and blend until smooth.
STEP 3

While continuing to whisk, slowly add olive oil. Pesto can be stored covered in the refrigerator for two weeks.
