STEP 1
How to cook soup with canned beans and potatoes? Prepare all the necessary products. You can use dry beans for soup. In this case, it must first be soaked and then boiled until tender.
STEP 2
Peel the onions, carrots and potatoes. Cut the bell pepper into two parts and remove the seeds and core. Rinse all vegetables and herbs in cold, clean water.
STEP 3
Pour clean water into the pan. Cut the potatoes into small cubes or cubes. Place in a saucepan. Place on the stove and bring to a boil over high heat. Next, reduce the flame to moderate and cook the potatoes, covered, until tender. This will take you from 10 to 20 minutes.
STEP 4
Place the canned beans into the pan. Increase the flame. After boiling, boil for 3-5 minutes.

Grate the carrots or cut them into thin slices by hand. Chop the onion into small squares and the bell pepper into thin strips or small cubes. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Send the onions and carrots to fry. Cook until light golden brown appears.

Add the roast and bell pepper to the pan. Salt everything to taste and pepper if necessary. If desired, bell peppers can be fried in a frying pan along with carrots and onions (step number 5).
STEP 7
Let the soup simmer for a couple of minutes, and then add the finely chopped greens to the pan. Parsley, dill or young green onions are good for soup. Leave the soup on the stove for three to five minutes and remove from heat.
STEP 8
The soup will become much tastier if you let it brew for a while.
