    Break eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar, beat. Pour in tomato juice, add flour and beat until lumps dissolve. Then pour in warm milk, add vegetable oil and mix well. Fry the pancakes on both sides.

    Mash the cod liver with the oil (I drained half of it) with a fork, add finely grated cheese and eggs, and mix. Place the filling in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Trim the edges of the pancakes to make squares. Place on a plate and spread the filling onto the surface.

    Roll into rolls. Cut the rolls into pieces 3 cm thick. Place on lettuce leaves and serve! Bon appetit!

I'm very intrigued by your original recipe! And while “Maslenitsa” I decided to take advantage and please my family. The result was pleasing; with the filling you wouldn’t even guess that there was tomato juice in the dough. Only during the process it was difficult to turn the pancakes over; they all tried to stick in the center. But according to the usual recipe, such an incident does not happen. What could influence this?
