How to make simple cheesecakes from cottage cheese with eggs in a frying pan? To prepare the cheesecakes, whisk the eggs and sugar in a large bowl.

Then add cottage cheese, rubbed through a sieve, to the eggs. Mix everything well. The better the cottage cheese is crushed, the more homogeneous the dough will be, which means the finished cheesecakes will be very tender and tasty.

Pour semolina into the dough.

Add soda, vanillin and sifted flour. Knead the dough with a spatula. You may need a little more flour - it depends on the juiciness of the cottage cheese. The dough should be very stiff so that you can handle it with your hands.
STEP 5

Then prepare a mug of cold water. Dip a spoon into it. Using a wet spoon, take a small amount of dough and place it in the flour. Then use your hands to roll the dough into flour and form into a small, round shape.
STEP 6

Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place round cheesecakes. Keep in mind that when frying, the cheesecakes will increase a little more in volume. Fry them over low heat for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
STEP 7

Then turn over and fry on the other side for another 1-2 minutes. Make sure that the cheesecakes do not burn.
STEP 8

Prepare a plate and cover it with napkins. Place the finished cheesecakes on napkins to drain excess fat. Pour a mug of tea and serve hot cheesecakes with sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Bon appetit!
