How can you very easily prepare potato pancakes with spices according to the legendary recipe inherited from your grandmother, which, without any doubt, will appeal to many for their excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for quickly preparing potato pancakes in Siberian style.
STEP 2

To prepare potato pancakes, take a large grater and a large bowl, then grate eight hundred grams of pre-peeled and well-washed potatoes into it.
STEP 3

Take a garlic press and press three cloves of garlic through it, which you then add to the bowl with the grated potatoes.
STEP 4

Break and add one chicken egg to a common bowl.
STEP 5

Pour forty grams of premium wheat flour into a bowl with potatoes.
STEP 6

Add a little coriander, suneli hops and cumin to a common bowl to taste, then pour dried basil, parsley and dill into it to taste.
STEP 7

Add a mixture of black and red peppers to the bowl with potatoes, then mix all the ingredients well and let the prepared potato mixture sit for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
STEP 8

Take a suitable frying pan, preferably with a thick bottom, and place it on the stove, then pour one hundred milliliters of vegetable oil into it, which you then heat at medium stove temperature.
STEP 9

Pour salt to taste into the bowl with the potato mixture and mix all the ingredients thoroughly again.
STEP 10

Place the prepared potato mixture by the tablespoon into a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and, leveling, form pancakes.
STEP 11

Fry the formed potato pancakes on medium heat until golden brown on each side for two minutes and place on a large plate.
