I baked a shortbread pie with raspberries in the oven. I took the raspberries straight from the bush. I kneaded the dough and formed the cake. I love cinnamon, but I didn’t sprinkle it on the raspberries; I wanted the purest berry taste. I baked it until golden brown, keeping in mind that everything usually takes longer to bake in my oven. I served the pie for tea. The raspberries added a delicious sourness and a simply amazing aroma! I really liked this baked goods! Thank you very much for the recipe

Tasty pie! I decided not to make cuts on the top layer of dough, but instead to make a braid. Instead of raspberries, you can take cherries or other berries, fruits. This amount of ingredients is suitable for a small form. My form diameter is 24 cm, I doubled the amount of ingredients for the dough. On top I I didn’t sprinkle it with powdered sugar and cinnamon, so you can only use half the specified amount. But if you have a sweet tooth, you can add some sprinkles. The pie is moderately sweet.

Thank you, Olga. Yes, the aromas of cinnamon and raspberries... I like baking, so I’ve been baking since I was in school. I also forgot to add that I baked at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, be guided by the golden brown crust, otherwise it may dry out. Well, if it gets too dry, no problem, soak it in sugar or jam diluted with water.
