I made a delicious pie with frozen honeysuckle using the lingonberry shortbread pie recipe. I replaced butter with margarine and reduced the amount of sugar in the filling to 50g, because honeysuckle, unlike lingonberries, is less acidic. I agree with the author of the recipe - this is a quick shortbread pie. I baked it in a rectangular pan on siliconized baking paper to make it easier to remove the cake after cooking.

Oooh, this is a combination of sour and sweet 😍 What can I say... It’s easy to prepare, although everything didn’t fit in the blender. I had to mix some of the flour in a blender with the rest of the ingredients, and then mix the resulting mass with the rest of the flour. I didn't have enough lingonberries left, so I added cranberries. The filling turned out very tasty, and the top layer was crispy. I recommend it to everyone. Thanks for the recipe 🌷
