Shortbread pie with grated raspberry jam

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
STEP 2
Take butter at room temperature and add sugar to it.
STEP 3
Mix everything thoroughly until it has a homogeneous consistency. Add eggs.
STEP 4
Mix everything again and add flour and soda.
STEP 5
Knead into a soft elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
STEP 6
Divide the dough into two parts, one of which is smaller.
STEP 7
Wrap the smaller part in cling film and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
STEP 8
Take a mold, sprinkle it with a little flour and put most of the dough into it, making sides. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
STEP 9
We take the form with the dough out of the refrigerator and spread raspberry jam into it in an even layer.
STEP 10
Then we take out a small part of the dough from the freezer. Grate it on top of the jam.
STEP 11
Place the pie in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Bake until beautifully brown.
STEP 12
