I took the idea of ​​your pie, only I replaced some of the flour with whole wheat flour, and for the filling I finely chopped apples and mixed them with cinnamon and sugar. I made shortbread pie with apples in the oven according to this recipe. First I made the pie filling. I cut the apples into small cubes and combined them with lemon juice, starch, cinnamon and sugar.
