I was attracted to this recipe by its simplicity. Shanezhki with meat is really easy and very quick to prepare. The dough is made simply and does not need to rest; you can cook from it right away. For the recipe, I used purchased cottage cheese in briquettes, and I had minced beef. When I rolled out the finished dough into a thin layer (about 0.5 cm), salted the minced meat and added a clove of garlic passed through a press. Mixed and distributed over the dough. I rolled it up, cut it into pieces and fried it with the lid closed. I laid out the finished shanezhki on paper napkins so that they absorbed excess fat. It turned out very tasty, fast and satisfying. I added the recipe to my stash!
