Prepare the necessary products.
STEP 2

Break the egg into a separate container and beat with a whisk.
STEP 3

Pour the cottage cheese into a deep bowl and grind with a spoon.
STEP 4

Add the egg and mix well.
STEP 5

Add vinegar to the soda and pour the foaming mixture into the dough, stir with a spoon.
STEP 6

Sift flour through a sieve. Pour into the dough and stir until smooth.
STEP 7

The result is a smooth and soft ball. It doesn't need to be refrigerated.
STEP 8

Roll out the dough into a thin layer. If it sticks to the board, then it needs to be sprinkled with flour.
STEP 9

Salt the minced meat and cover the layer with it.
STEP 10

Roll up tightly and sprinkle lightly with flour.
STEP 11

Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into pieces 1-2 cm thick.
STEP 12

Fry the shanezhki in sunflower oil on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 13

Place the finished products on a plate and serve warm. If they are too greasy, you can put them on a paper napkin. Bon appetit!
